If there is anyone who can help me figure out why this is occurring, I would greatly appreciate it. My WMP 10 player starts some MP3 audio files over from the beginning every 30 seconds even though the playback bar at the bottom does not resart, but continues to progress across until the end. Only the song "restarts". It is as if some of them were recorded as 30 second loops. Is this a faulty file problem, a player problem, or just a bunch of looped recordings? My other MP3 & WMP files play back percectly.
Have you tried using another app to play your MP3's? And if it occurs with them I would just scrap the files. If not then you have an issue with WMP.
