I notice that every WMV movie clip file that I convert with Tmpgenc Express or Canopus the resulting MPG file has an audio sync problem. The audio is fine for the first few minutes of the clip, but slowly gets more and more out of sync until at the end it is a good 3 or more seconds out of sync. Can anyone tell me if this problem can be corrected? I have a number of WMV files I would like to convert. Thanks in advance for any help.

I never used Tmpgenc Express. I know Xilisoft video converter supports converting wmv to mpg. Download it to try out.

The trial version can only record 5-minutes. If your WMV clip file is shorter than 5-min, you can convert the files for free.

    Good luck.
