Won't write the dvd

    I tried to back up Pretty Women and when it gets to the writing process it just finalizes the dvd without writing it. I was told by the tech support group at 321 studios I needed a TDF file for this movie. Not real sure what that is or why I need it. The software I have is DVD X Copy Platinum. Does anyone have any suggestions for me.

    oh and dump 321 app in recycycle bin! just use DVD Shrink and nero engine! (nero needs to be instlled but not clicked for use)

    dvd shrink after setting the preferences to use nero engine will (rip/compress/re-author/edit/compile/burn!)

    best easy app going FREE!!!!

    Thanks again Rotary. I'm downloading Nero as we speak. I already have DVD Shrink.
