Anyone have any faves for working out? Or...for that matter, what do you listen to while you walk/jog/lift/eliptical, whatever?

I'm trying to get back into shape, just looking for something for my ears while I work the rest of myself! Thanks!

Just depends on what music motivates you.
Me - hard rock like Sevendust, Godsmack, Tool, APC and the list goes on.
    That gets me going.
Or a good action flick while working out does the trick too.

I have a hard time making my own playlists to get me into workout mode, but I just found a fun site that has playlists provided by professional trainers. You can also submit lists or search lists provided by members. Go to http://www.championo2cool.com and check it out. I use it a lot.

jSpeedcore/IDM and insanely intense. Though, I've been known to workout while listening to Bach's cello suites too. It really depends on my mood and what i'm doing.

I use to work out to music all the time but with me, it was more to set a pace.

I alyways workout to music, because I can't stand listening to my own hard breathing, and believe me, if you follow my work out you will breath hard.

If you want a copy of it just find the "Workout Thread" in Safety Valve :)

Anyways, I tend to workout to anything, aslong as its of my taste, anything to drown out the sound of your breathing works.
