I have installed world of warcraft on my computer and started downloading the 190mb patch, but it keeps coming up that it is losing the server. I have 512kps broadband with ethernet connection.
We have created an account and have used the game card, what has happened and how do I fix it, please, my son is upset that he has spent the money but no game playing.

I never bother to download the patches from the WoW client itself. They use a modified P2P client that uploads more than it downloads to distribute the patches. Do a google search for World of Warcraft Patches and you should find several places to download them.

Right there is one. Download the patch, copy it to your World of Warcraft directory and run it from there.

thanks for the advice, found a source in Australia that I can download from. Some of my problem was the uploading of steam exe and Itunes uploads as well
