Would the Mech Assault DEMO, I got with the 3 month package would for softmodding?

For softmodding, the 3 games are - 007, Splinter Cell, and Mech Assault, I was wondering if the demo version I got with the 3 month xbox live version work.

Ok I got ya. the answer is no as far I know. you nned to be able to play game saves from the disk. And Im pretty sure the demos would not have the needed files to get things done. Plus a little common sensce says someone would have thought about that by now.
