Would this be legal?

    I bought the 1st Bleach DS in japanese a year ago and now it's available in english and I was wondering if it was legal for me to download the (U) version legally since I own the (J) version. Is it legal?

    No, ROMs are illegal, no matter if you have the game or not. Thing is, I don't care.

    Well that was kinda rude...

    To me, if you bought the game then you can download it to your heart's content. But since you only have the JPN version and not the USA version, then it is illegal.

    It wasn't my intention to sound rude, I'm simply saying that it doesn't matter to me if it's legal or not.

    It would seam that it would not be illegal if you own the game but that's not the laws! It is illegal to download ds games (for any region)... period.
