I hope this is in the right section. I keep getting write errors, whether it's CD-r or Dvd-r I'm trying to burn...I've tried all kinds of discs that used to work fine before. I tried Nero, recordnow...reinstalled driver...tried burning with more memory freed up, slower speeds, nothing...I searched other posts but nothing has helped so far. Here's the log from Nero. This burn was done as a simulation in Nero as I wanted to save a cd since I've been burning nothing but coasters lately. Maybe someone can tell me what might be wrong. Thanks a lot in advance. Very old firmware on your drive. ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/information_storage/software/dvd300n_320.exe There's the latest update. Also, when you burn, don't multi-task.
