i using a program called "imtoo" also same as "dvdx" and when i convery mt dvd movies into mpeg(vcd format) the file size that is the output does not always match the estimation, eg specified 850mb and just 437mb out put file! does anyone know why this hapens becuase its annoying im i dont want to waste cd with small shitty resoloution and bitrate vidoes that arent using all their capacity of a cd!
