WTB: Memor32 (preferably preformatted) and/or Presoldered Wii Modchip for D2C Drive (Closed)

I am looking for both a Memor32 memory card for the PS2 and any presoldered wii modchip for a d2c drive. I would like the Memor32 memory card preformatted, but it's alright if it isn't. As for the wii modchip, I would like anything legit (no imitations) and attached to a clip of any kind (so I only need to clip it onto the certain part of the wii. To do this I am also buying a tri-wing screw driver. The pricing that I would like are as follows (but feel free to leave in offer in my PMs):
