i don't know if this belongs here but i know that this is a high defintion format so how or what program would i use to put this on a dvd to watch in my player or my xbox 360
x264 is an AVC/H.264 encoder. It doesn't have to be HD. I guess you maybe have an x264/AVC mkv 720p encode? Doesn't the 360 support AVC? Guess it would if you authored as a HD DVD. As long as the file is <= 4.37GB's then you could do that on a regular DVDR. Guess the AVC stream wouldn't conform to HD-DVD specs though.
what program will convert this .mkv file so that i can put this on a disc or does anyone know if the xbox360 will read this file
