I installed the Xecuter 3 CE with the solderless Xapt3r on my v1.0 xbox. I connected everything and when I do a short push on the power button it boots to the microsoft dash, and the X3 logo is red. It won't boot to the X3 flashbios. Any ideas/suggestions
    -Thanks

I have the X3 install and flash bios tutorial in my page. Follow the link on my sig and look for it.

Just double check to see if you install it correctly.

Ya I know thanks anyways, and TheReturn, I have it installed correctly. Could it be a problem with the chip.

Oh, and I couldn't get the D0 wire to stay in place with the solderless Xapt3r so I just left it out, could that be the problem. I don't think that should be a problem though.

You mean a LED for each pin on the solderless adapter that connects to the LPC port holes.
