I am interested in purchasing the X-ecuter 3 chip. I've heard great reviews from it, and will most liekly get that strictly for its simplicity. Yet, I have some questions about it; mainly, and foremost: does it come preinstalled with a bios? and if so, will the bios work with the newest xbox?
i need the bios so that i can copy games that i own to my hdd, do u know where i cna find it? i saw this link at the X3 homepage (http://www.teamxecuter.com/index.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=6) but it doesnt state if it is what i want..i have a 1.6 and i knwo it has a flash for it, but i want the one thats nto linux...
Yes it comes with a legal(cromwell bios) that will do nothing illegal(like copying games to hard drive, etc) you need to get a hacked bios from the usual places and if you don't know where that is go here: http://xbox-scene.com/articles/xbins.php
