    can someone please explain to me how to play an .mpg in XBMP from your harddrive. Where do you place the file on your harddrive and what option do you select while in XBMP? thank you so much

    You can find the manual for XBMP at http://www.xboxmediaplayer.de/newweb/news_latest.php

    But if you use the default configuration you'll have to put your movies in e:/Videos and you'll go in My Movies(Videos) and you choose HDD then the movies that you've put in the folder will be there!

    I know someone who had the same problem playing movies off his HDD. After weeks of stuffing around, i noticed that the folder he was putting movies into was named 'Videos' But on my Xbox the folder is named 'Movies'. After renaming the folder on his xbox to Movies, XBMP will now pisplay them in the HDD list.
