my xbox 360 scratched my rainbow 6 las vegas wgich forced me to buy a new one. I wasn't able to play the new rainbow 6 until I deleted all traces of the game from my xbox. Now I aqm unable to re-download the player pak from xbox live. Does anyone have any suggestions. Xbox live support was unable to help after 3 weeks of reformatting and cleaning up my hard drive
They should let you download it. They have records that will show that you bought it under your gamertag and that you downloaded it. And all items you purchase re allowed to be re-downloaded at no additional cost from my understanding. You may have just got one of the many stupid MS reps on the phone so you may want to try again. Also it doesn't seem right that you would have to delete the RB6 info to get the game to play. It is not like a certain disc is linked to the console.
