in my experince x360 isnt a good investment cause all mine fried from dead rising. just wait for M$ to fix the glitch with the 360 then get one but for now get a modded xbox.

They have to replace it if it is within warranty and you have a receipt to prove it. Otherwise you could take legal action against them.

they said they wouldnt replace them cause it looked like it was damaged due to rough play. their manager said that they wouldnt.

Microsoft wouldnt replace any since they said the damage was similar to people who abuse their consoles. I never really touch mine. I hook-em up and set them on a stand and thats it. No abuse or nothing but microsoft are greedy little things. They replaced my burnt out xbox like no problem but when i mentioned my 360's, all they did was give me the run around. I sent 2 e-mails to their customer service line and have got no response.

I tosed my 360's cause they won't even give me LEDs or anything. fan wont even start up anymore. Well i guess thats what i get when i buy something that somehow managed to get through testing and is full of power issues.
