xbox bios / slayer

i flashed my bios with the xecuter 2 4979 bios and installed the slayer program and i cant get my games to copy to the hard drive. it says my chip doesnt support the eject on reset trick found. disc must already be inserted to install. well it is in the rom player but wont copy. could anyone help me? thanks

 

Where did you get the updated bios from.. I have searched the net unsuccesfully..
