Recently bought a brand new Xbox. Came home, SOFTmodded it using krazyie's ndure exploit. Everything has gone fine, even put Xbox Media Center on there and it connected through my router and could access shoutcast. (Router/DSLModem has 4 ports and is directly connected to PC and Xbox). Only problem is, I can't connect to Xbox Live. All of the settings are set to automatic and they look fine, except when it connects it says the cables are connected but a connection to the network device was not found. Now why would I be able to stream shoutcast but not access Xbox live. Now im thinking the softmod got me banned, but it was a stock harddrive and I havnt even created an account yet. Any replies are appreciated.
you have to have an account before you softmod to use the dual boot option....i would remove the softmod put xbox live and then re-softmod it.
