I was paying Halo and pause the game, then when i tried to unpause it the screen froze and i unpluged it. Now i get an error 7 screen[bold(At this point all the light for the modchip at the back of the Xbox lit up.)[/bold] then i tried moving the Xecuter 3 chip around and now the problem change from the red/green light error 7 screen to 3 starts then shut down with orange green light around the eject button.[bold(At this point all the light for the modchip at the back of the Xbox is NOT lit up, they won't come on at all)[/bold]... just my luck. Someone once said 2 fans, is there 2 fans in version 1.6, cuz i looked and i only see one. and i did check all solder points and the are all good.. Thanks for any help i can get. G.

error number 7 means your hdd timed out when trying to connect.... chances are it has become unlocked or you have lost data on it for boot up ..... try evox auto installer 2.6... this will rebuild your drives

the red lights and the shut down is known as fragging.... this is usually due to a chip out of place or a loose connection.... check all of the above and then retry...
to find auto installer you will need to check out www.xbox-scene.com
see tutorials for a description of how to access a site called xbins... youll find all you need there
