xbox freezes

i got an xbox from a freind cause i messed mine up i played it about 15 min and it froze so i go to try another game and it froze in the dashboard i figured its not the dvd drive because it froze again with nothing in it.the fan works and it didnt feel hot like overheating or anything. opened it and no dust whatso ever looks fine nothing fried

 

do you hear a clicking sound, because this sounds like a Hard Drive issue...

 

no, no weird nosies coming from the xbox just freezes and then thats it the tv makes a buzzing noise but thats it.......

 

i dunno....might aswell get a new xbox..
