I have modded my Xbox using SID4, then after all is said and done, I installed UnleashX.

Now I've managed to get the FTP to work once out of god knows how many times...

So I have tried everything, doing it in SID4 menu, doing it in UnleashX menu, doing it while it starts up.

    I've tried the ftp of:

    I.P-192.168.0.2
    Port:21

    User:xbox
    Pass:xbox

I think that is correct settings, from what I'm looking at right now its showing the address is correct. Still to no avail I am unable to connect. FlashFXP says connecting to 192.168.0.2, and then looks like no connection is made.

I've tried using Wireless connection from my computer, to the wireless router, to the xbox

I've tried using a cross-over cable that I made recently in one of my classes. And one I bought.

I've tried using example one, but with coords. Still nothing. I'm not sure if I have to activate the FTP transfer on my Xbox somehow or what. Please help me.

Try it just using a cord from your xbox to computer, Probably treid that though....so don't know buddy.

But htat would be your best bet. Again check the little details. Make sure both Ip's are correct...etc

Ok well it seems as though I've managed to get it to work momentarily. Allowing me to dump the Halo 2 maps onto my Hard Drive... But as it seems, it is continuing to not work. I'm not sure if I have to have the internet settings on the Xbox set to DHCP, or Static. Even so if I have it on DHCP, i'll leave the static address at 192.168.0.3, just so I know the exact address I can try to ping to.

Make sure your firewall is off when u FTP and your Ati-virus program as well because they may block the incomming connection...
