I was looking at the tutorial to ftp my xbox, and I followed the steps, but it hasn't connected yet. I checked out the plethora of ethernet cables I have, and they are all straight cables, it looks like, and my router/modem only has one spot for a connection in it, is there a way still to ftp like this, or will I need another modem/router with two ethernet spots? or can I use the usb port on it somehow to do it, or another method, etc.?
Yeah you either need to get a "router" with more than one ethernet port and use ethernet cables. or Go to a computer store and get a crossover cable and hook it directly into your computers ethernet port. It might cost 5 bucks.
