xbox games

i am having trouble in burning and making an image file of a xbox game. i have extracred the zip file and have been give two DAT files, i'm not sure how to get this to work.

Please help!!!!

 

not sure on this one because every time i unpack a game its in a iso file ready to burn

 

You need an Xiso program that can create ISO's for the Xbox. The one I use is called Simple XISO, and it works great. What you need to do, is put all of the files in a folder, and then with the XISO software, you create an ISO, and pick that folder, that has all of the files in it. This will make the whole folder an XISO image so that you can put it on a disc.

see if you can do a screen print of the files you have
that would help you get a better answer.

If not people will just jump to a simple answer that will
not help you at all.
If you have a folder full of game files then creating an ISO
file as explained above would be what you need to do UNLESS
you want this game on your hard drive. In that case you just FTP
that folder to the Xbox, But to burn on disc you must take the folder and create an ISO file first.

I personally like Craxtion4 the best for this.
to use craxtion4 you must have the .net framework on your PC which you can get free on the Microsoft download page.

and do not be confused when you see everyone call them XISO files
an image file is an image file so there is no difference in how
you handle a so called XISO, then how you handle other ISO files.
