Alright, well I've modded a couple XBOX's sucessfully, but I got rid of my own. Now I have a Crystal version XBOX and I modded it with an xecuter 2.6 lite and a 200GB seagate hard drive and installed slayers evo x. Since then, slayers would load, but no matter what I clicked, it would show the loading screen and stay there forever. So i thought it was a bios problem and I tried reflashing the bios from a cd. I used evoX plus for v1.6 and the flashing failed and i had to shut it off manually. now it just shows a black screen. What should I do? anyone know how to fix it? Or what was wrong with it in the first place when it kept freezing?
Boot up with the back-up BIOS and try flashing the other banks with the correct BIOS again. Oh, and make sure you use Slayer's 2.6 as anything older will probably have issues with your Xbox due to the dashboard 2.5 and earlier installs.
