Xbox Live Lag Problem

    Hey there I have some kind of a problem with my Xbox Live. See when I go on and I'm playing my connection bar is full and its green but when somebody goes on the computer and goes on websites my connection goes whack. Can somebody help me please. Thank you for your help in advance.

    Well what kind of internet do you have, Im guessing its do to the fact that you dont have a huge amount of bandwidth to spare and when its shared it lags.

    I have DSL so what should I do configure my router ands its bandwith splitting between them to be equal?

    Don't let people use the pc when your playing. Thats what I did when I had Xbox Live.

    or u could get one of those wierd routers

    Could you please explain what you mean by "weird router"?

    I'll just unplug the mouse and keyboard when I'm playing Live then lol.

    i believe there is a way to make the connection equal or give the computer a certain amount of Bandwidth and the Xbox a certain amount of bandwidth but i think, you have to work with that through your router....
