ok i have a D-Link 604 router to connect my xbox with. when im playing a game online, it lags and gets horrible connections when other people use a lot of internet traffic on my computer such as streaming video. so is there a way to give the xbox priority over the computer, so the computer will download slower to save bandwidth for the xbox? im thinking there might be a way to do this through the router config, but i dont want to screw around in there too much not knowing what im doing. thanks for the help!
how could i be playing xbox live at all if it wasnt plugged directly into the router? the cable modem goes to the internet port on the router and the xbox and computer go into the 1 and 2 ports on the router.
