xbox mod chip help

    I have two xboxs I want to mod. can I use a chip to mod the first xbox and then remove the chip for the next xbox or does the chip have to stay in the xbox to work

    Hi

    Well technically YES you CAN fit the modchip to the first xbox and then flash its tsop with a hacked bios
    (you WONT be able to go live with the xbox afterwards)
    you can then remove the chip and the first xbox will still boot unsigned code. You CAN then install the chip in the second xbox and as long as it has a switch on the chip you will be able to turn it off. And still boot to the M$ dash.


    So sadly the two replies above are incorrect.
