xbox need help with it ????

    [/b] can any one help me on my big problem??? i have a xbox that has been bios flashed i took my hdd out to get a bigger one but when i got back i put the new one in and it comes up with error 16 i have got a slayer evox cd but it wont boot up ive put this on b4 so i know it works can any one help me please?
