xbox not responding

i just put an 80gb hdd in my xbox and an X3CE chip. i flashed the chip. and then put slayer's auto install disc and nothing happens. the only thing that happens is the light flashes green and red. what do i do to fix this?

did you flash the right bios also make sure it is set to load the right bios with the switches.....

 

when i loaded the bios they were all set to off. the install guide didn't say anything about the switches. and when i installed the bios it said it was successful. what should i do.

you need to look for the X# Manual online and see what red green means becuz i know if your motherboard is fragged then it blinks red green but if your bios flashed then you dont have a motherboard frag....i beleive if you hold the eject button you load to your 256k back up....
