Xbox solderless chip for high version? Help please!

    Hello. I just wanted to know which chip will work with a high version xbox? The serial is 05 at end, made in china, and it says for the manf. date, august something. Is there a SOLDERLESS chip that is good for this?

    There is a very good chance the Xbox is a v1.5
    There is no way to get around soldering on a v1.5 Xbox right now. The new X3 chips are solderless but I don't think they are being sold yet.
