I've had the solderless spider chip installed but it no longer worked so I removed the spider chip. Now I am trying to find out the kernel and dashboard version so that I can do the softmod but I was getting the error 16 when booting up with both the clone HD and the original hard drive. Can anyone give me some advices on what I need to do? Thanks.
I've also plugged the original hard drive (without any mod) back to the Xbox but I still got the error 16. I then tried to fix the error by hotswapping but could not get it to work. Can anyone let me know if I need to restore my original bios?
