for this modchip, is there any difficulties with the solderless installation at all becuase with the xenium ice solderless, the 1.5v xbox needs certain soldering because of a power issue. Does that just go along with all 1.5 xbox's when trying to have a solderless chip put in? And is this one easy to install for solderless because i found good prices for this chip. Thanks!
the executer 2.6 is by far the easiest chip to install using a solderless method... for versions 1.0...1.5.... just screw the adapter to the board insert the d.o wire plug the chip in and job done... very easy once you have done it once.... it will work for ver 1.6 but you need some soldering for the lpc rebuild very good chip for the price... i have 2 boxes both using ex 2.6 and they are cool little toys now
