i installed my modchip and every thing is working fine except when i hold the power button its suppost to turn off the mod chip and it doesnt if anybody knows why please help me. i intalled it with the xapter soderless adapter.
There is something wrong with your Reset/Eject Adapter. Look at it and make sure all your cables are plugged in correctly.
all my cables are hooked up there is only suppost to be on right the one that goes to the banks selector.
you remove the power/eject plug out of regular postion, put it into part that came with chip for it, then black wires with plug on end go where original one was plugged in, then small 2 wired (red)plug goes in that small board and over to the main chip
is it giving you an error code or is it FRAGin?(flasing red and green) the error code is probly u not havng a M$ dash happend to me the FRAGing part could b a install problem(also happend to me)
no everything is working correctly i have the moded dash board it just wont turn off the chip by holding the power button and please make the directions really descriptive.thank you
