xecuter2 vs xecuter 3

    hi im pretty new to this stuff ive got an xbox with xecuter2 and 80gb hdd.i got told when i enquired about an upgrade i was told i should get an xecuter 3 chip.i want to know what the advantages would be.i know my xecuter 2 corrupted my default dashboard which im getting fixed apart from that i havnt had much problems

    Yup, the X3 is obviously better than the X2.6. The main reason why people favor the X3 chip over any other chip is because of the built in config live feature.

    Personally, a chip is a chip in my opinion and they all have the same purpose, allow you full access capabilities of your Xbox.

    I started out w/ X3 chips, and have installed many other kinds since. To tell you the truth, I would never pay $60 for a chip again since the others work just as well, w/ just a few less options.

    Yeah, PimpDawg is right...he's always right. Personally, I feel the Live Config feature makes it worth the dollars. You should go with your gut on the buy and when you can try other chips to see what suites you/your needs best.
