xecuter3 C.E. flashing

ok i have an xbox with a xecuter 3 c.e. installed, and i have evo X but i cant flash the chip. ive tryed doing it via ftp but it said it couldnt connect, what and how should i do...anything helps

If you type in xbins in the forum search I think theres a post explaining how it works however I'v never had to use it as all the things on Xbins is available @ one place or another over the net.

yes i know i used that before but once i have the evolution x up it wont let me transfer or something but ..... here is a another question how do you make it into a cd for the xbox? without using that dvd2xbox
