I have installed a new 200GB maxtor drive into my Xbox. I am also using Xecutor bios 4981.06. It looks like my hard drive is locked at 5.X gigs. In my install of evox 2.6 auto-installed I have drive F and G enabled. Any ideas on how to see the rest of my hard drive space?
your drives probably weren't formatted properly, i would get a copy of auto-installer deluxe, and reformat the f and g partitions, then prepare both drives, should grab the rest of space.
Do you think that could be the only problem, or would the version of my xbox or bios have an effect on the ability to support larger hdds?
If it helps I have a version 1.4 Xbox. Any idea on which bios would enable large hdd support for a xecuter 2 mod chip?
what bios do you have on the chip at the moment? I would suggest getting the latest Xecuter2 bios from Xbins: http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/xbins.php
