   So I have windows Xp home and Xp Pro.
   
   now how do I add Media Center to my already purchased Xp without buying Xp all over again. Is their a separate way to add this one to an exisint XP system?

   Use J River Media Center.
   
   J River >> MS Media Center
   
   BTW, You cannot add MS Media Center to any of these editions of windows.
