xp updates??? on a disc

is there a way to keep some or all the windows xp update on a disc so that you dont have to download them and then install them, in order to save some time

i have a big of trouble using iso buster theres nothing much my comp does after i hit microsoft .img extract but when i use my roxio to make a bootable cd nothing happen like i dont find the bin files that there should be there can some one help me
