.xtm file extention

i have a file with the extention .xtm , i have tried running it thru winrar in the usual fashion but to no avail.
any help would be much appreciated

all you need is to download at http://xtremsplit.free.fr/
an extremely simple and friendly French freeware called Xtremsplit.
Once it run select "coller" (meaning paste, assemble..)
Indicate the address of your files in the box called "fichier source" (which means "file of origin") and then click on the blue button called "coller". Wait a minute and you will enjoy the results.
