XVID Convert/Playback in Nero Recode 4 Issues

    Now i've been using Nero 7 Premium since release and haven't had a problem. It's just recently that I noticed that XVID has issues. I have Venom in XVID format and wanted to convert it to DVD.
    Once loaded in Recode 4, chapters made and the layout is chosen, enter what ticks me off.
    In the Preview screen, I play the file and notice that a fuzzy line appears. It also appears once converted and played back on any DVD Player I own. The movie is widescreen if this helps.
    I also use VSO ConvertXtoDVD and can see no problems. Does nero Recode 4 not like XVID files?
