i have a video file that i want to convert to dvd i have tried using mainconcept encoder and when i use dvdlab to auther the files the end result is that i get video images but no sound.(WHY?) the file info is according to AVI codec is File : 700 MB (700 MB), duration: 1:18:06, type: AVI, 1 audio stream(s), quality: 38 % Video : 634 MB, 1136 Kbps, 23.976 fps, 416*320 (4:3), XVID = XVID Mpeg-4, Supported Audio : 65 MB, 117 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, 0x55 = MPEG Layer-3, Supported all of my media players will play this file with sound, can anybody tell me what im doing wrong? or what tools i can use to convert this file to dvd.
try using divxtodvd by vso software, www.vso-software.fr Don't be running anyother programs in the background and leave the settings as is and should work. Happy encoding
