some people may not like tmpge dvd source creator but its what ive used most and have came out with quality video with it. but the problem is most every xvid video i get when i put it in tmpge audio isnt showing up clip will be like 56min and after tmpge it says 80min. try codec after codec but havent found the right one anyone have a clue what to try?
Your Problem is Most likely that your Audio in your AVI files uses VBR MP3 or Dolby AC3 both of Which Tmpgenc can not natively read... To Fix this Problem you Must First decompress the audio in your AVI file and then you will be able to encode it with Tmpgenc.... You can use Virtual-Dub to decompress the audio or if you want you can PM me with your E-Mail address and I will send you a Simple tool that will decompress the audio in your AVI file for you and I can also send you a Codec that will allow Tmpgenc to read Dolby AC3 audio.... Cheers
