Ok, here it is.....done ALOT of reading and no one has mentioned this or has had this problem. I have an original halo2 game. transfered the files to my pc, delted the credits so it fits on a dvd. didn't work. So a buddy of mine had a copy of one so I pulled the files off of it and burned it to a dvd, message comes up with disk dirty so I did a straight dvd to dvd copy. samething, disk dirty. took the game to my buddies place and says the samething. I have used that same dvd for all my stuff and never have a problem with this brand so i know its not that and i also know it is not my dvd drive (i just changed it and it didn't work in my biddies xbox)

    anyone have any suggestions?

you will need to take these files off of your original
    dashupdate.xbe
    update.xbe
    downloader.xbe
    also delete the Media Folder...
you do not need to delete the credits
