Zelda and the Phantom Hourglass help please!!!

    I'm stuck at the part whhere you are at the bottom of the Ocean Kings palace or whatever, and you are supposed to know the sacred seal to get into this place. The sacred seal... isnt it the hourglass? When I put in the hourglass it opens... but them I'm back at that place with the sun circle stone thingie and wen u click on it, it says you put the seal thing on ur map... buuuttt... I'm supposed to be able to find the big bad guy anddd... oshus' real body
    SO!
    Help me, cuz i'm stuck
