Well my dad has a Creative Zen Micro and he wants to snyc the music that he has already on to his new computer. The Zen is a pretty old one (I think 2-3 years now). He said that it worked great on XP. The problem that we are having is that the Zen wont install on his Sony Vaio with vista. I would love any help. Thanks
i am having the same problem-it isn't a problem with the computer (sony vaio, HP etc.) it is vista. Creative's website currently says they are working on a fix, in a couple of weeks or months there should be a fix, untill then, try the CD it came with and then try zen micro. If you are still having problems, which you probably will because it took me awhile to get it, contact Creative at their website.
