    hi, hope someone can help.
i`m trying to back up "zoom" dvd, but i cant get anything to work.
i`ve tried : dvdfab decrypter, dvdfab HDdecrypter, anydvd & ripit4me with dvd decrypter.
dvd fab crashes when i try to load disc, dvd HDdecrypter stops @ 76%, anydvd says failed to read disc & ripit4me has read error @ 76%.
this is the second copy (i took 1st one back thinking it was damaged) but i get the exact same results @ the exact same time with 2nd copy.
i`ve backed up 100`s of dvd until now & i`ve never had a dvd as stubborn as this one !
anydvd mentions something about "rpc1 firmware patch" i`ve tried using dvd region & cssfree aswell.
i have also tried the lite-on firmware patch.
any help would be very welcome.
by the way i`ve backed up various dvd`s since - it`s just this particular one.
i just cant get it onto my hard drive.
    thanks again.

    thanks for the reply.
i get an error reading when anydvd initialy scans the disc.
i right clicked then clicked on "rip video dvd to harddisk" & it said "file IO 3 VTS_04_0. IFO 0 2048"

Try CloneDVD paired with AnyDVD. Typically works for me.
