In a few years they will start putting two SDD drives in a single 3.5" case and advertising them as "RAID in a Can." :)

No matter how unbreakable they are, if I spend $600 on SSDs I need a piece of mind.

From the sounds of it though they remind me of the old school tonka truck toys, the big metal ones, not the cheap ones today. :p

Oh and as for RAID/SSDs in a Can, dont forget supertallent, although there drives are PCI based rather then SATA based, but same idea.

The Thermnalright cooler is finally in. Might need to tighten it down more on one side as the temps are roughly the same on 2 cores and about the same on the other 2 cores but a few degrees warmer. I seen temps of about 26*C across 2 cores which is amazing. And the Scythe fan...even more amazing. This thing runs like a hurricane in terms of air flow, yet its barley audible with my ear right next to it! I cant wait to deck out this case in Scythe fans.

Thermalright coolers should be impossible not to tighten correctly if you do the screws up enough as the springs on them provide an absolute stopping point for the screw. You tighten until you can tighten no more. It is more likely the thermal paste application was much weaker on one side - if the paste is new, give it a few days, that will probably rectify itself.

Paste has settled, and temps are still split 2/2 Cores. Why do you suspect the paste? Isnt it normal for quad chips to vary a few degrees per core?
