A NEWBIES GUIDE TO MX ANDROID

Melody if you want to delete any of your apps , go to main app page , open SETTINGS , MORE SETTINGS , scroll down until you see apps and open , highlight the app you want to delete or uninstall ...............

 

Melody I left out one part above sorry , when you open settings on main app page , go across to others (yellow box ) under others go to more settings and open , you should now have a long list , scroll down to apps and open , should now have list of your apps , highlight the one to delete , delete or uninstall ........

 

Thanks friends - Here I learnt how to install Total TV, Mobdro and also how to delete/uninstall amongst other things.

Yesterday i bought the wireless keyboard and am experimenting with it - how much better than the remote which came with the box!!

What film addons are you using at the moment folks? Xmovies8,9movies,123,moviehut,all seem to be struggling with me lately, watched one on exodus recently but some of the streams on there wouldnt play.

Does anyone know when/if rockcrusher is coming back?

 

Upar use 2 atm , exedus, velocity , I find all that I need in there, the odd time I use yiffy, vumoo , checked out kodi blogs no posts from rock crusher yet but fingers crossed ...........

Thanks Paulie. How do i manage my home screen on my mxq box. I have home screen set to the tablet look, where the app drawer button is at the bottom of screen in the middle. How do i add app icons from the app/widget drawer screen onto my homescreen? I know you posted some instructions recently but i couldn't follow em with my box.

 

Tried to find football streams on Sportsdevil but most of them were not working.
1) are there other addons in Kodi for English Premier football? ;
2) finally got a stream and was watching but when i press the Return button the Stream keeps showing in the background of everything that i'm trying to see! Is there another way of going back without still seeing the stream one was watching please?

Upar if you want to add apps to home , go to the plus app on home screen and open should now see all your apps , select the app you want and highlight , should now have green tick , once it's ticked should now be on home screen , I think you can have 6 under main large apps .............

 

Melody in kodi if you want to exit from from any thing you are watching , press ok on remote , you should now have a task bar at bottom of screen , click on icon that has circle with white box ,that will exit out of film etc , then press return to go back to kodi main screen ......

Wheres the plus app on home screen paulie, i dont get that bit??

 

Also... I got one of them remotes you recommended, thought it was just what i needed but it wont turn the box on. I had to put batteries back in the old remote to switch mxq box on. Once box is on new remote works ok, but if i power off with new remote, it wont power back on with new remote, have to use the old original one.

Any help/advice paulie before it goes in the bin? ••••ing china!!!!

As you can see have 6 large , 6 small , , can change the small icons to the apps you want on

Paulie, my homescreen is like a tablet homescreen, with Google search bar across top, and 'app drawer' (the 6 little dots) button at the bottom in the centre!!!

if you have fusion installed like we all have skip that part and install from repo

 

Is kodi working ok tonight for everyone? Mines got no sound, it makes that 'fairydust' sound a minute or 2 after switching on but its totally mute, all channels on all add ons. Like i said it makes that fairydust sound after switch on so its not the tv on mute or anything daft but it aint even doing the swoosh sound in kodi when i press the remote. Has anyone else had this problem?

Meant to say, theres sound on the box home screen, but when i go into kodi its totally mute???
