A Question to Stump you all

Sorry it took so long to respond, The motherboard is a gigabyte motherboard model 7vm400m-rz, all I know is that it is award bios with q flash. I dont know a revision number, please help.

 

ever thought about taking it to a computer shop and LET THEM FIX IT

 

i have had major burning problems before also

and i found out one time it was my motherboard had like one bad circuit or something that when burning a tuff dvd would have errors---so i only stuck to cds---also it could be memory
R.A.M stick take one out and try it--some computer things conflict----and defrag your entire drive

 

Ok I have tried the shop thing and they dont know whats wrong, but I will try the ram thing.

 

Oh, repetitive isn't it.......................

WHAT ERRORS ARE YOU GETTING, BE AS SPECIFIC AS YOU CAN BE, GIVE US SOMETHING TO WORK WITH INSTEAD OF SAYING IT DOESN'T DO SQUAT.............

i need to know his Bios revision number is there a program that can read what the revision # of his Bios
i have finals this week so im pretty busy at the moment
if u wanna know why i need his # well because he can possibly solve his burning problem by reverting back to the original bios or even theres a possibility the Bios is f*****, so he needs to get a newer update or somethin

 

JB0101 go into your bios and see whats going on with you drives make sure its set right

 

Did you select dvd option in Nero?

 

JB0101-Did you try another dvd burner (make and model?) in your machine? Did it work? and were you able to burn cd and dvd??
