Anydvd clone dvd not writing to dvd

what type of drive do you have, and when did you start using it.

 

hi, i have a liteon sohw 1633s-bsoy, and liteon 160p6s-psob. been using the 1633 for a couple years and the 160 about 10 months. i did get the dl discs to work again by reinstalling clone dvd2 but now i get the captioning or whatever you call it when the words are on the bottom of the screen. i backed up my original on dl disc but now with the caption on the backup how do i stop that. thanks, mike

what decryption/back-up software are you using?

 

clone dvd2 and anydvd purchased version. and both up to date.

 

time to update your firmware for your drive(i'd update them both)
go here http://www.cdrinfo.com/Sections/Firmware/Home.aspx
find your drive, and PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!
your problems should be over.

post back with your outcome.

 

both were already up to date per eariler post. thanks anyway for your help. mike

did this problem start with your new drive?

make sure they were updated correctly.
